How To Earn Reward Points
First, make sure you have a customer account. You can get a free one here.
Then, shop to earn points.
- Bronze Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Silver Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
- Gold Members earn 3 point for every $1 spent.
Exceptions: Not valid on Metagenics products.
How To Use Reward Points
You get $1 off for every 100 reward points.
Reward points show up as a payment option during checkout (see sample photo below). They are redeemed in groupings of 100, so you need at least 100 points before using them.

Do Reward Points Expire?
Reward points expire 365 days after they are earned.
Our rewards program is being discontinued.
All points will expire in late April, 2024.
How Do I Check On My Reward Points?
You can view your reward points balance, as well as when each point expires by clicking "My Account" at the top of our website, and then clicking "My Reward Points".
How Do I Get or Stop Reward Points Balance/Expiration Email Notifications?
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to reward points balance & expiration email notifications. To do so, visit the "My Reward Points" page by clicking "My Account" at the top of our website, and then clicking "My Reward Points". Subscription preferences are near the bottom.
