    Effective to eliminate hot flashes

    I took one pill each morning plus an E FEM tablet and I was amazed!! I’m 57 and been in menopause for a few years. No more suffering for me and I have tried several other things.

    Been using for past few years. Has helped significantly. Sometimes I only need 1 a day. Reduces hot flashes naturally. I no longer have to change pajamas in middle of night from severe drench. No longer embarrassed in front of customers at work because of hot flash. Symptoms are improved.

    I have had hot flashes off and on (more 'on') for 8 years now and this is the only thing that keeps the night sweats away and the flashes to a dull roar. My son is a trainer and nutritionist and he recommended them when he saw 'the look' in my eye one day...he feared for his life!
